Open Sky Villa

We need your support to make this Vision become reality!

For the last three years, the residents of Open Sky House Community have been seeking to create a new spiritual Oasis in Spain. Soon we plan to buy a Villa near the Mediterranean Sea which we have already rented for several years as a retreat centre and guesthouse. Its beautiful tropical garden and proximity to the makes it a perfect place to share meditation, yoga, mantra concerts, theatre and art exhibitions in a communal energy field. We also plan to make a creative school for children.
Since last October, a team of dedicated community residents and volunteers have poured much love and energy into restoring, transforming and beautifying the place. The villa is already open, but the many necessary improvements and expansions are planned to be finished by summer next year. We need your support to make it happen!

Who we are?

We are a spiritual community which has been thriving for 17 years. We see that as a humanity we are now going through challenging times. It feels more important than ever to live our lives consciously. This is essential for our own mental health and spiritual well-being, and for the survival of our planet.

We welcome everyone who desires the opportunity to go deeper into classical spiritual practices such as yoga, meditation and self-enquiry. This happens in a calm positive energy field supported by experienced spiritual seekers.

You can visit us for one day, for a longer retreat, contribute as a volunteer or maybe even stay on as a community resident.

Corona Virus – an immense chance for humanity to leap into pioneering ways of living.

If we see the virus just as an enemy which needs to be eliminated so we can get on with our lives, we miss the point. We just make the virus separate from us, like we do with everything else in life, friends, enemies, environment … We miss the chance to see the virus as a pointer to show us a new direction in a world which gets exploited and destroyed by us.

Do we want to carry on after lockdown like before? Do we want to accept that we destroy the planet, and many people suffer from burnout, depression, and anxiety? Or do we use this poignant moment as a deeply necessary opportunity for new pioneering ways of living?

Our solution - Here’s what we’re doing about it:

Now we are expanding the reach of our community. We are buying a beautiful villa on the sunny coast of Spain. This will become a peaceful oasis easily reachable for many people from all over the world.

The villa offers delightful ways of getting in touch with Nature. Surrounded by palm trees, 5 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea and within walking distance of Montgó Natural Park with crystal clear water caves and a majestic mountain dominating the skyline.

This is a place where you will feel inspired to take care of yourself as well as Mother Nature. “Be the change you want to see in the world!”

As part of this spiritual centre we will make an alternative free school and offer open creative workshops for children. Real sustainable change needs to happen across generations.

We are already buying the villa. However, we will need your financial support to develop it into a pioneering conscious oasis. We need 50.000-75.000 EUR that will be invested directly in improving the property. Here is a breakdown:
